Deposit on Reservation:

For stays of 1-13 nights no deposit is required.

For stays of 14 nights or more 25% deposit is required.

Cancellation, Early Departure Terms:

All cancellations must be received in writing.

For reservations of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to prevent 1 nights accommodation charge being levied as a cancellation fee.

For reservations of 7-29 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being levied (minimum cancellation charge being 7 days rental).

For reservations over 30 nights, notice of cancellation must be recieved 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being levied (minimum cancellation charge being 14 days rental).

Accepted Credit Cards:

All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card

All major credit cards accepted 

Check-in 2pm , Check-out 11am

Sofa Bed/Extra Bed at £30 + VAT per night.
