Terms and Conditions

Accommodation provided

We will provide you with the accommodation specified to live in from the specified arrival date to the specified departure date at the rent shown. We will arrange the maintenance and service the property and all appliances and furniture when necessary on reasonable notice. We will arrange the cleaning of the accommodation and launder the linen once a week unless otherwise specified. We will pay for the gas, electricity, water, cable and satellite TV where provided, and Council Tax. If for any reason the apartment becomes unavailable or inhabitable, we will provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard, in a nearby location.

Number of guests 

Please take note of the maximum number of occupants per apartment. There will be an automatic charge if this condition is breached. 

One-bedroom apartment - maximum occupancy is two people. There must be no more than two people in the apartment after 10pm.

Two-bedroom apartment - maximum occupancy is four people. There must be no more than four people in the apartment after 10pm.

The maximum group size across multiple apartments is 6 people. Parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The number of people in an apartment must not exceed twice that of the occupancy at any time.

Occupancy

You must only use the accommodation as a private residence for yourself (or the Occupier if specified) and immediate family. The number of beds provided limits the number of people permitted to occupy the accommodation. You must not do anything, or allow anything to be done, which may be a nuisance or annoyance to the management or the occupiers of any adjoining premises or which may alter or cancel the insurance of the property.

Insurance

We do not provide insurance for your personal effects, nor is this provided under the insurance cover for your accommodation. It is therefore advised that you make arrangements for insurance to cover your personal effects.

Payment

Full payment for the rental is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed. The card provided may be pre authorized for the rental due plus £100 deposit up to 24 hours prior to arrival.  

Other additional charges

In some instances there may be additional charges for such items as breakfasts, baby cots and high chairs. The rates for these are specified in the offer. Payment for these is due upon arrival.

Damages

You must keep the accommodation in good condition and repair and inform us immediately if anything gets broken or damaged. You must return the accommodation and its contents in exactly the same condition, as they were when you arrived, and not alter them in anyway. You will be liable for payment for damages beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from payment card or cash deposit. 

Victoria Apartments expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged to the payment card or cash deposit. If an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation due to damage caused to interior decor or furnishings, the booker will be obliged to pay compensation to Victoria Apartments for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled 5 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued. If a booking is cancelled within 5 days of arrival, the first night will be charged. In the event of a non-arrival, the full payment will be charged to the payment card. 

Arrival

Check-in is from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. Please call us to confirm arrival time and arrange key collection 24 hours prior to arrival.

Departure

Guests must depart by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Pets

Pets may be allowed in the accommodation upon request. If permission is granted, the owners must adhere to the terms set out by the duty manger.

 

Breach of terms and conditions

Should any of these Terms and Conditions be breached, management reserves the right to cancel this contract.  

Contract Cancellation:

Should management deem it necessary to cancel the contract, the guest no longer has any right to be on the premises. A 15-minute grace period will be given in order to facilitate the removal of belongings from the property. After this 15-minute grace period, a member of staff will remove the remaining personal belongings from the premises. In this case of this event, a £100 administration fee will be charged.

Privacy statement

In order to process your booking or enquiry we require certain personal information, which may include your name, telephone number, postal and email address and credit card details. We will not use this information for any purpose other than the fulfillment of our service to you. We will not supply this information to any third party except for these purposes. We ensure that this information is kept secure as required by the UK Data protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. 

Complaints:

If there is a complaint made against you and there is reasonable evidence for management to believe you were creating a disturbance there will be a £100 call out/ administration fee applicable
