Housekeeping: A light clean and tidy up housekeeping service is provided Monday to Friday and a full cleaning service is provided once a week. Housekeeping is also available over the weekend on a request basis. 

Non-Smoking: Please note that the smoking ban across the UK is now enforced and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the properties including all suites and public areas. A ‘smoking fee’ will be charged to any suite that the management determines has been smoked in.  The fee will be determined by the General Manager as appropriate to the case. 

Parking: London: Off Site car parking is provided by Westfield Stratford City. Liverpool: 20 onsite spaces allocated on a first come first served basis and chargeable. Newcastle: 90 on site private secure car parking spaces, chargeable.  If parking is required with the booking then please include with any enquiry. Reductions may be available based on length of stay at the property managed car parks only.    

Payment and Guarantee: Payment is typically taken in full on check-out. For longer bookings, periodical payments may be taken but would be confirmed on a booking by booking basis.  A reservation guaranteed with a credit card will be authorised for payment on the morning of the planned day of arrival, unless the reservation is cancelled as per the cancellation policy. A credit card number is required in order to guarantee a reservation. 

Extension of Stay / Early Departure: Should you require an extension or reduction of a bookings’ length of stay, please notify our Guest Services Team as soon as possible. Please note that this may result in an adjustment of the above mentioned room rate as this is based on the length of stay. 

Cancellation and No Show: Please note that unless stated otherwise, our cancellation policy is at 16:00 hours on the day prior to arrival in Birmingham, Liverpool and Newcastle and 72hours prior to arrival in London. Should you wish to cancel a reservation please contact the hotel directly prior to the above stated time in order to avoid a charge.  Should a guest not arrive for a confirmed booking, the booking will be considered as cancelled and a charge equal to one night at the confirmed rate (for bookings of up to 6 nights) will be charged. Bookings of more than 6 nights which are cancelled will incur an additional nights’ charge for each seven day period or part thereof, to a maximum charge equal to seven nights. 

Special Requests: Please let us know of any special requirements prior to arrival such as taxi arrangements, preferences etc. Any services incurring a cost will be added to the guests’ account unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance. 

Check-In and Check Out: Check-in time is at 3:00pm.  Staybridge Suites will be happy to store luggage for early arrivals, Check-out time is at 12noon. Staybridge Suites is happy to accommodate late check-outs based on the availability of the appropriate suite(s), but sadly this cannot be guaranteed.  If a suite is occupied past any agreed time, an additional charge may be applied. 

Black-out dates: Black-out dates for 2014 are still to be confirmed.  The property reserves the right to add or remove black-out dates as required and the above rates are based on Non-Last Room Availability. 

General suite conditions: Any damage to our suites or public areas caused by a guest that is considered to be beyond fair wear and tear or malicious may incur a charge for which the guest and/or their company is liable. 

Loss and damage: Guests are advised to insure their personal property as Staybridge Suites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. 

Use of Accommodation: The accommodation is for the sole use of the person(s) specified at the time of booking. 

VAT: Where required by law, VAT will be added to charges for rent and other services at the applicable rate(s). 

Rates: The attached rates are valid from 1st January 2014 to 31st December 2014 and for the Staybridge Suites properties detailed above only. Should you require rates for any other location, we’d be happy to arrange this for you.
