Alban House is a wonderful Edwardian House set in its own grounds, in the city centre; just 3 minutes' walk to St Peter's Street, the main shopping area. The apartments are also near St Albans Abbey, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants and are just 10 minutes to the station with services to London.
The house was originally called York House and was owned by Mrs Margaret Jones from Yorkshire. It is not far from the site of one of the battles of the War of The Roses (Lancastrians versus the Yorkists), two possible reasons for the name.
Alban House has recently been fully refurbished to offer a range of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom stylish serviced apartments. Each apartment comes with a free allocated parking space and Wi-Fi along with fully a equipped kitchen, dining and living space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and maid service replenishes towels and linens weekly for convenience.
The perfect place to stay for business and leisure alike.
